Shipping & Handling: We ship most packages UPS unless otherwise stated or if the shipment is going to a P.O. Box. In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. You will be notified regarding backordered items and expected delays. Allow 10 days for regular shipping. HI, AK, PR, VI shipped priority mail. Shipping & handling is only charged once. Any backorder item shipped in a separate package will not incur an additional shipping & handling charge. There are express options available at an additional cost to the regular charges listed. Overnight shipping and Saturday delivery are not available to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Express shipping is NOT available to P.O. Boxes, for out-of-stock items, or for some oversized items like furniture. Saturday delivery is not available in all areas. Shipping Rates are based on total order size. With the exception of custom-made products (e.g., mattresses, box springs, and certain bedding) we will be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling on all returned merchandise is nonrefundable. All clearance-item sales are final. We cannot accept open or used cosmetics; washed or used products; worn swimsuits or lingerie; or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Cut fabric is not returnable.
